I began my career in the water/wastewater field in 1995 at the Dorsey Run AWWTP for Maryland Environmental Service obtaining Grade 5A wastewater & grade 4 water treatment certification thru the then relatively new apprenticeship program. In 2002, I moved my family to TN & in 2004 I began working for the City of Manchester, TN. as Asst. Distribution Operator, where we strive to maintain a clean efficient distribution system for the citizens of Manchester & surrounding Coffee County. In 2011 I became the Distribution Manager in which I continue to strive for excellence in our system by over seeing crew & contractor activity & ensuring State & city policy & regulations are met. Through hard work & perseverance our last 2 Sanitary Surveys scores were 100 in 2019, 98 in 2017.
