About Dana Fields

With nearly 22 years of experience in project coordination, administration, and operations, I have successfully managed and facilitated projects across multiple departments, including the Office of the President, System Integration, Service Lines, Events & Community Relations, and Corporate Real Estate/Facilities Planning. In July 2024, I earned my bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on project management. In my role at UPMC, I serve as a Practice Manager in OB/GYN Specialty Care Services, where I leverage my expertise to enhance operational efficiency and patient care. Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am a Recording Artist and Singer-Songwriter at Dana Fields Ministries/Fields of Favor Music. I create and deliver motivational and inspirational messages and music to diverse audiences, utilizing my skills in Motivational Speaking and Worship Leadership. I am passionate about using my talents to uplift and empower others. Currently, I am pursuing a master’s degree in applied ministry. My mission is to inspire positive change and transformation through my professional endeavors and ministry.
