About Dana Green

Dana L. Green is an Estate Planning and Elder Law attorney in North County, San Diego serving all of California. She was born in New York and was raised bi-coastally in New York and California. She received her B.A. in Finance and Business Economics with an emphasis in Spanish and French from Goucher College and her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Dana is admitted to the bar in three states: California, New York and Connecticut. She has practiced in various fields of law over the years including Family Law, Insurance Defense Litigation, and Real Estate Law before starting her own practice specializing in Estate Planning and Elder Law. She is also a trained Mediator (Family and Civil). Her passion is educating people and providing peace of mind by preparing them for the unexpected. It’s never too soon to create an estate plan. Estate planning is not just for the old or the wealthy. An estate plan is more important than a credit card, so don’t leave home without one! If you procrastinate, it may be too late to avoid probate! She is currently on the Board of Directors the Rancho Santa Fe Business and Professional Women's Association and has served on several Boards in the past: Milestone House, a non-profit that provides an innovative residential program for at-risk teenage foster girls and North County Women in Networking, providing scholarships to women to help them afford to attend California State University San Marcos. She was a VIP supporter of Go2Grow Mentorship Program & Training Center whose main goal was to provide life coaching for teens and lay a foundation for their future success. She was involved with Charity Wings Arts & Craft Center, a local non-profit. And she was a founding Board Member and continued her service for over 13 years at Connor’s Cause for Children, a non-profit organization that eases the burdens faced by families who have children with life-threatening illnesses.
