More than 25 years of experience building teams, leading complex initiatives, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders. I am currently a leader within Thomson Reuters’ Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures Integration Management Office. Thomson Reuters is an information and solutions provider helping customers operate in complex arenas that move society forward — law, tax, compliance, government, and media. We are a global organization, dedicated to providing trusted answers for our clients. In my role I focus on three key areas: ensure transaction Day 1 readiness, enable and deliver deal synergies/business value, and contribute to the strategy of the company’s long-term plan. My role requires knowledge of all corporate functions, strong collaboration across business and technology groups, and leadership. Prior to Thomson Reuters, I have held a number of leadership positions – many of which focused on defining and implementing changes related to cost management and risk mitigation, with a strong focus on data and technology in support of driving and supporting business intelligence and strategies. I have applied my leadership in both business and technology functions, including business and technology Operations, Vendor Management, Souring, and Technology. In my roles, I strive to improve and adapt the organization to change in order to achieve bottom line results through building collaborative teams.
