With over 30 years experience in international business - the last 15+ dedicated to Executive and Team coaching/facilitation, I partner with top global executives and teams who are striving to become the best version of themselves - continuously enhancing their leadership capacity in ever-changing environments. My passion is helping people have more constructive conversations to drive efficiency and team engagement. I believe there is a gift and opportunity in every situation - a gift of knowledge, an opportunity to learn, an opportunity to grow. Deep curiosity makes this possible. Some recent projects: 1) Partnering with top executives and teams to have more effective conversations 2) Helping global leaders integrate quickly into new work environments, create a compelling vision and catalyse commitment to the cause 3) Coaching Senior Women Leaders to increase visibility, clarify vision, develop executive presence and strategic posture 4) Using positivity to build resilience & confidence during uncertain times As an international leadership coach, I work with global organisations in the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions to facilitate change management, M&A, and cultural change initiatives. During tenure in Southeast Asia, partnered with the Central Bank of Malaysia’s Leadership Development flagship, Iclif, to design and deliver leadership development programs in the APAC region. Before coaching, held leadership roles in exporting, marketing, finance, strategic development consulting, and the public sector. Having been based in the Americas, Europe, Southeast Asia, Angola and Brazil, accumulated extensive international business experience. Over the past 15 years, served in leadership roles with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). While partnering with Convergence (born from Emmaus Defi), developed and lead collective coaching projects to reduce anxiety and increase resilience during the pandemic. Also mentor develping coaches around ICF competencies to help them attain accreditation and take their coaching to the next level. Apply a systemic approach to supporting global leaders and teams to help them define collective visions and effective means of achieving them. Passionate about ensuring all voices are heard, motivations are discovered and engagement is obtained. I have found that stakeholder mapping / building critical strategic relationships is key.
