Just as I share in my lectures: Projects start from an idea, from a need. That need is the first highlight to understand the complexity and uniqueness of any projects: two definitions who mark the daily struggling of PMs and this understanding will help to make important decisions in this journey. However, you need more than this to become you as an expert in complex projects: Theory & techniques: these two worlds are key to achieving a successful complex project. I am an expert in complex and “unique” projects. Through my + 10 years and + 50 projects across different industries, sectors and countries; leading projects and leading portfolio/program management offices (not only PMOs, but AMOs as well). I spread across the world a 360 ° global integration: we are not PMIs, not APMs, not Leans, not AGILE, even not hybrids. The efficiency resides in a TAILORED BLEND of parameters to a project / context / environment, which vary constantly. Yes, projects are alive, are dynamics. The Projects/Portfolios lives, breathes and suffer, they cannot follow rules. Why? Because they are unique and complex. They are made by people (variability are us, the people). Is it a revolution? No. It´s just understand that globalization and integration concept resides in understand that emotions, science and technology are edges of any everything. I lead high-performance, multidisciplinary teams under stress environment, and I try to make the project journey a truly/conscious journey. I lead ideas and needs to materialize them and put them into operation, which is just make any dreams comes true. Founder of “The Project Complex Factory”: A group of enthusiastic professionals who with a strong background in projects and in project theory/practices/standards/methodologies (always inspired in Lean manufacturing / Construction / Agile / Health).
