Background

About Dana Marsh

The first half of my career was spent in media where I served as a traffic coordinator for Cablevision and then was promoted to the traffic supervisor position. However, while working in the Center for Student Involvement at Montclair State University and pursuing my masters degree for Higher Education Career Counseling, I felt that it would be advantageous to transition to the Human Resources Department. Shortly after receiving my masters degree an opportunity for advancement in the Cablevision entity Clearview Cinemas arose. That opportunity yielded me as the Human Resources Administrator. Furthermore, while working for Clearview I acquired my PHR certification through Fairleigh Dickinson University where I currently serve as the Standards Board Advisor for the Phi Sigma Sigma Sorority. In the past 9 years I have secured a multitude of positions while ascending the ranks working for HCL Technologies. My current role with the New Vistas Program at HCL affords me the opportunity to utilize my educational background and gathered years of experience in a more symmetrical manner.
