Hello! I am currently an Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager with Marriott, Intl. I have always had a passion for travel and guiding others. During my Voyager Program at the W Nashville, I have honed my skills in strategic planning, team leadership, and operational excellence. Over the years, my leadership journey has been immense with many differing experiences. At Starbucks, I had the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of student workers where I cultivated a customer-centric approach, fostered collaboration, and ensured seamless operations. As a bartender, I have had the ability to mix creation with passion to craft delightful experiences for patrons. My ability to connect with people and create memorable experiences has been the driving force of my leadership and people skills. As an avid traveler, I love exploring new cultures and business strategies globally. The opportunities that allowed me to 14 countries have opened my perspective on life and culture to grow as a person and leader. I fully believe in having an open mind when understanding new perspectives and have embraced this mentality to adapt my skills as a leader and embrace empathy in making connections with others. On the other hand, I believe in continuous learning and personal development. From reading leadership books to attending workshops, I'm committed to evolving and inspiring others to do the same.
