I have been with Infolaser for 18 years and currently hold the position of Western Regional Director and part-owner. I am a goal-oriented business executive with hands-on experience in delivering Managed Print & Document Services (MPS/MDS) to Medium / Enterprise sized clients. My goal is to help companies simplify and streamline the processes within their print environment and make informed decisions related to the technology required for their specific business needs. I am passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service and offer a practical approach, based on real data and analytics from our client's print environment. Infolaser is a National HP Premier MPS Provider and was first recognized as “HP Canada Print Partner of the Year” in 2019, then again in 2023 & 2024, HP’s highest honor for top performing HP partners. We are also a certified Zebra partner as well as an authorized service provider for multiple manufacturers, including Lexmark and Xerox. I received my Bachelor of Business Administration from Athabasca University in 2003 and am a partner in the Infolaser group. I live in Calgary with my husband Chris, our two sons and our dogs Reggie & Betty
