About Dana Moler

Seeking a responsible and challenging position in a growth oriented agency where my experience and skills will significantly contribute to the overall success of the organization and provide opportunities for my career growth. I am a very outgoing person who likes to think "outside the box" and not afraid of change. After graduating High School, I enlisted in the Ohio National Guard, where I served just under 21 years before retiring. Of those years, I spent 8 of those years as a Full-Time AGR Guardsmen. I then entered into the Government sector with the U.S. Postal Service where I completed two years of service. From there, I moved to the Wayne National Forest in 2002. I've served in three different positions while here in Nelsonville, including that of the Budget Officer. I live in McConnelsville, Ohio with my wife, Crystal and our two children. We live on a small farm where we raise Quarter Horses and 4-H pigs. I hope to someday continue my pursuit of my degree in Business Management. I have learned so much during my time in the military and the almost 15 years of Government work and I look forward daily to implementing and sharing that knowledge and experience. I have met some incredible people along the way that have helped guide and mentor me. I am always looking for a way to better my career to make it as enjoyable as possible. For I believe in the saying, “if you enjoy what you do, you will never work another day of your life.”
