About Dana Moore

Dana Moore joined Independence as a Pharmacy Technician in 2001 and transitioned to a Pharmacy Quality Assurance Trainer in 2006. In this role she has trained Medical Directors, Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Resolution Team, Appeals and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) on the various Commercial plans we offer to our members. Dana join Human Resources Training department in 2010, where she had the opportunity to train the company on many processes her delivery style and enthusiastic approach in the classroom allowed the associates to receive the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to be effective in their role. Since 2013, as a result of our transformation, with Highmark, she played a key role in training a variety of associates extensively on the new platform. Dana is a well Experienced instructor, Performance-driven, versatile leader with fourteen years of combined experience in corporate training, quality assurance, pharmacy technician, administration and staff supervision. Energetic and motivating with the superior ability to motivate personnel and enhance the overall efficiency, performance, and compliance with standard procedures and regulations.
