My background includes serving in management roles within call center, office, retail, and hospitality environments. I offer particular expertise in customer service, with in-depth knowledge of managing profit and loss. Currently, I'm working as the Housekeeping Manager at LaQuinta Inn and Suites. I took this role in order to learn a little more about the "heart of the house". Since I've already managed front desk activities and served as a GM for almost 4 years, I thought it would benefit me to learn a department I haven't yet managed in the hotel industry. I have developed a huge amount of respect for the role of a housekeeper in this industry! This is a very hard working group of people, that are vital to the success of any hotel! In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service and managerial skills during my 16 years of employment managing finances, staff, and customer safisfaction! I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint. I have also perfected many industry specific software programs and POS systems.
