Experience and skills in the area of product and segment management in financial & telecommunication services and entire marketing of middle-size company including marketing communication, P.R, researches and analysis. Career started at several marketing positions at CCB Leasing, second largest leasing company in the area of used car financing in Czech Republic. Continued with a special employment contract for the mother Company CC-Bank AG located in Germany. In the beginning of 2005 transition to GE Money Bank into product management area. As of beginning of 2007 changed business focus from financial sector to telecommunication services field joining T-Mobile Czech Republic. Core skills/competencies: Strategic and analytical thinking used namely in restructuring the retail deposit base and launching new highly valued services in Direct banking. Marketing competencies and team leading skills (team up to 5 people) exercised in various management roles during last 5 years. Business sense and ability to step out-side common scope of work resulted in applying long-term deposit strategy with implementation of particular steps started in July 2005 and Direct banking strategy started in January 2006.
