About Dana Virta

I am a business professional with over 7 years within the financial services industry. I have gained invaluable experiences from working for several leading banks in Canada, arguably the most sound financial system in the world. In my latest role, I worked as the Chief Authorized Firm Representative at Canadian Western Bank, where I was responsible for authorizing trades of mutual funds as well as working with the provincial securities commissions. Having previously worked at the front line as a customers service representative, financial advisor, and account manager, I have also developed deep knowledge about the front-end of the banking industry. I understand the importance of client service at all levels throughout the bank. I take pride in the work I do and I value relationships, both personally and professionally. Personally, one of my favourite things to do is to travel and to understand differences in culture and amongst people around the world. Having moved from Canada to Sweden, it has widened my perspective in this respect.
