Building bridges between vision and impact has defined my career as a nonprofit executive, entrepreneur, strategic leader, and public speaker. With over 20 years of experience and four prestigious nonprofit certifications (CFRE, CNC, CDE, CNE), I've learned that the most successful organizations aren't just those with the biggest budgets—they're the ones that understand how to connect with their communities while scaling their impact sustainably and authentically. My journey has taken me through various roles, including financial advisor, business owner, nonprofit consultant, philanthropic strategist, and public speaker on women's empowerment. This diverse background taught me to see opportunities from multiple angles and develop solutions that work in the real world, not just on paper. I've had the privilege of leading multimillion-dollar campaigns, building lasting donor relationships, and creating strategic alliances that serve both financial goals and deeper mission alignment. What drives me most is working with organizations that are committed to meaningful change, particularly in areas like sports, athlete development, and personal rights. I believe in championing balance, authenticity, and representation, values that guide both my professional work and personal life as a wife, mother of three, and avid golfer who finds leadership lessons everywhere, including on the course. I'm also an avid protector of personal rights and responsibilities, believing that strong communities are built when individuals are empowered to pursue their goals with both freedom and accountability. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Boise Fashion Week, I'm passionate about supporting platforms that empower underserved communities and create pathways for emerging talent. Whether it's developing fundraising strategies, building organizational capacity, or cultivating partnerships that create mutual value, I focus on sustainable solutions that honor both ambition and authenticity. Based in Phoenix and working nationally, I'm always open to connecting with fellow leaders who understand that the best impact happens when strategic thinking meets genuine commitment to community.
