About Danah Cummins

Danah is a part of the Human Capital Consulting practice and brings a depth of experience in organisation transformation across banking and capital markets. Her experience in banking transformation includes defining benefits strategy and measurement approach, change strategy design and management activities including narrative design, engagement approach and activities, and capability uplift, and monitoring and tracking adoption and transformational value. As a chartered accountant, Danah has the ability to provide a financial and data driven lens to her work with a deep understanding of the organisational implications of operating in highly regulated environments. Danah has demonstrated she can adapt and learn quickly to deeply understand how an organisation should best approach transformation to accelerate value realisation and is dedicated to helping organisations support their workforce through change in a positive and effective way in order to achieve strategic objectives. Whilst Danah has a strong sector focus on banking and capital markets, she also has breadth of experience across consumer business, the entertainment industry, and the public sector. Danah has a strong passion for health and wellbeing, having majored in Physiology and is an advocate for a balanced working lifestyle, teaching pilates along side her full time role. Danah is also a keen long-distance runner, completing multiple marathons including Melbourne, Berlin, Chicago and New York.
