About Danaly Howe

I have been employed at Centennial Consulting Group since 2012 as a District and HOA manager. Through my role as Vice President of Centennial Consulting Group, I manage client services, acquisitions and training for 35 employees. I have a Bachelor's degree in mathematics with a minor in business administration from Colorado State University and tutored students prior to my employment at CCG. I have conducted multiple training classes at CCG, including an ongoing Metro District vs. HOA real-estate certified course. I hold the CMCA, AMS and PCAM designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). I'm the Chair of the CAI Colorado chapter of the Legislative Action Committee. I'm a thoughtful and attentive leader with great listening skills, expert and collaborative problem solving, and I focus on authenticity. I love working alongside our boards, residents, developers, and vendors, and providing knowledge on CRS Title 32 and CCIOA requirements.
