About Danavan Grant

My experience has been a memorable one because I started in the call center at an entry level. With that said because of my hard work dedication and people personal skills I rose through all the ranks from an agent to an SME to a supervisor and now I am at a manager level. I have learnt a lot how to effectively manage a center gain a better insight on how the BPO industry works. I have a lot more to learn but for now I am currently managing a team of 7 supervisors who has 12 agents each. I have more knowledge to gain but I see my self growing and moving upwards in the future as a head of operations or even as a site director with my experience and potential I know and I will achieve my goal and main objective to build my career and move up in ranks in the future. I have been working in the BPO sector for 4 years and 7 months. With all this experience I see myself fit to be a leader which I am already in a management position. I am very professional friendly down to earth a person who learns very quickly and willing to adapt to any changes. I am a dedicated contact center professional who is skilled in working under pressure meeting companies targets and KPI’S.
