About Dandy Adrianto

My working experience in Banking Company was able to educate me to become a more dependable person. The pressure for achieving target certainly forces me to adapt quickly. Especially for me, Bachelor of Engineering in Banking environment. At present, I have the opportunity to join Non Subsidized Mortgage Lending Division which is the Core Business of Bank BTN. My main task is to establish and maintain business relationships with partners, who in this case are Real Estate Developers and Institution. In addition, as a Mortgage Sales Management Officer I am also given the responsibility to develop products, provide policies related to mortgage, and also creating program with partners in order to answer the people needs. My experience at Bank BTN has made me have the expertise to work under pressure, can adapt quickly, passionate to learn new things, problem solving, good organization skills, and teamwork.
