SPECIALTIES Project Management / Safety Consulting / Inspection EXPERTISE I am a Senior Certified Welding Inspector (through AWS) with a Bachelor’s degree and Associate’s degree focusing on Safety. I offer 20+ years’ onshore/offshore project management, safety consulting and environmental practices, maintenance management, process improvement and cost savings within the petrochemical industry. INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE I have worked in the petrochemical industry in these countries: Brazil, Germany, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South China and the United States. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS PROJECT MANAGEMENT: I supervised construction of a $2.5 million capital project to install four pesticide formulation lines as retrofit into an existing idle herbicide unit. Results: Project was completed safely, ahead of schedule, and on budget. COST SAVINGS: Through my supervision, our project saved vs. project targets by utilizing in-house workers to perform decontamination and dismantlement work instead of high-cost environmental contractors. GENERAL MANAGEMENT / SAFETY MANAGEMENT: I managed warehouse operations with annual budget. There were no injuries, incidents nor first-aid scenario occurrences during maintenance projects and turnarounds.
