About Dane Espegard

Helping Companies Build Cultures That Inspire and Retain Their Best PeopleFor over two decades, I’ve thrived in the direct sales industry, leading high-performing teams, training thousands of professionals, and driving record-breaking results. As a Division Manager at Vector Marketing, my team has consistently ranked in the top three nationwide, winning multiple National Championships. I've had the privilege of mentoring young professionals, helping them master sales, communication, leadership, and business skills that propel their careers forward. But success is more than numbers—it's about building a culture where people are inspired, engaged, and motivated by their dreams. That’s why I founded the Dreams Business—a system that helps companies energize their teams, increase retention, and create a workplace where employees don’t just show up for a paycheck, but for the life they want to build. At the core of this system is The Dreams Vault—a simple yet powerful tool that connects employees’ personal dreams to their work, driving deeper engagement and fulfillment. Companies that integrate the Dreams Workshop and software experience a shift in culture, where people feel valued, seen, and motivated to grow.I believe when people dream bigger, they perform better. If you're a business leader looking to improve engagement and retention in a way that actually works, let’s talk. DM me or visit to learn how Dreams can transform your company culture.
