Transportation law (NTSB, FAA, PHMSA, aviation, pipelines, railroads) has been the primary focus of my practice for nearly three decades. I have deep knowledge of NTSB, FAA and US Chemical Safety Board proceedings in which I have successfully represented dozens of clients in aviation, pipeline and railroad accident investigations.
