About Dane Moynihan

Hello, I am Dane Moynihan and I am an Engineer with Connacher. Being a Chemical Engineering graduate from the University of Waterloo, and having worked in field locations across rural Alberta for several years, I know how to get things done. I have primarily focused on assessing, designing and implementing various piping replacement packages at many different oil and gas facilities. This experience has given me a strong understanding of project co-ordination and ensuring that the approved project designs are safe, effective and efficient. In particular, I have experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Aspen HYSYS and the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as engineering documentation such as P & IDs, PFDs and Isometric drawings. I have worked with a wide variety of coworkers, from operations and site leadership in the field, to executives in head offices and I know how succeed in a wide variety of environments. I am a big team player and love working with groups on challenging problems. I love to talk hockey, especially about the Flames, and I love being the goalie for the rec hockey games.
