I love to help people, whether it is with physical health and fitness, or teaching them a new skill they can either use one time or everyday of their lives. I strive to learn more each day about anything and everything. If you do the same thing everyday, you never get out of your comfort zone and therefore never get better. I have many interests and business ventures. I have many skills and get involved in lots of different areas. They range from a Real Estate flipping to School Fundraisers to Strength & Speed Coach training, to Personal Training, to Creating videos on Youtube, to a Podcast for High School Strength & Conditioning Coaches. I also am a Franchise Owner in School Spirit Vending which is a sticker company that benefits schools across the nation. I also work with top brands for reviewing their products on Youtube. And that is just a few things that have kept me busy in the last month. I love to talk with people to learn more about really anything!
