About Dane Norton

I began my adventure in trade work Land Surveying for Mid Coast Engineers for a short term. Then I landed a job as a chain man for "Paul Hannigan Surveying" where I got a solid introduction to topographic, boundary and Ariel surveys. After a short job in Maui working for "precision surveys" I returned home in 2006 and began work as a laborer for various contractors working my way up to carpenter. I spent eight years on and off for a framing contractor "Randy Richmond" I then decided to take a short break and found my way back to trade work in 2013 and began working for "Curtis J Const." Focusing on mainly remodels from start to finish using our combined knowledge to tackle every step of a job from demo to plumbing, painting, framing, tile, electric, drywall and finish work. In 2016 I took a second job as a property manager for AEST Realty. I managed 4 property’s a total of 72 units. Conducting move in/move out walkthroughs, showing units and various maintenance related work including landscaping, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, appliance repair amongst many other duties. This lasted until December 2019 when I decided to quit to acquire my contractors license. As of 2021 I have now worked for “Curtis j construction for 8+ years. Maintaining a Dog kennel, installing cabinets for “two stone” cabinets. As well as bathroom and kitchen remodels, and building custom cabinets in our shop.
