WHO I AM I aim to use my combined education and professional background in psychology, business, and project management to develop and execute successful strategies and drive growth. WHAT I DO I started my career as a well-being coach, leading 120 client-centered engagements per week. I joined Seattle Children's Hospital as a surgery coordinator and was promoted to clinical research coordinator I, then II. As such, I managed up to eight clinical research projects, including 40+ complex clinical trials with 90% delivery on time and under budget. In my most current role, I co-lead a project to build an in-house electronic data capture (EDC) system and an FDA-compliant database for the company’s study data while working with other teams to drive projects to completion. SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Led “Hub”- user interface design (iPhone app) and completion of medical device product, driving five software design cycle phases and submission to FDA following a Class II Exempt pathway. • Managed drug trial for corporate sponsor to obtain drug approval for managing common psychological manifestations of 22q11 deletion syndrome. • Recommended scheduling workflow change in Surginet, adopted by team. • Created a triage system for emails, driving higher customer service levels. • Authored a standard operating procedure for daily work routine, becoming a standard training document among surgery coordinators. • Led an improvement committee to establish new onboarding, training, workflow documentation standards, reducing employee turnover by 20%.
