Business leader with nearly 30 years experience directing organizations of various sizes, industries and development. Personally launched, built, and sold multiple startups that remain in business to this day. Joined the executive team of a struggling salon business as CFO and helped bring it to immediate profitability by identifying opportunities and inefficiencies and then developing and implementing a highly successful business plan. Over a 5 year period the business experienced growth far surpassing industry standards. Co-launched a startup with a small capital investment. In less than 18 months, grew the company's assets by more than 50 times the capital invested while achieving less than 50% debt to value and did so without additional investment. Recently negotiated the acquisition of a second round of capital investment to further expand the company's holdings. Educated and experienced in both business systems and leadership of personnel and, more importantly, know which should be the focus at any given time. Some successful business leaders are experts with systems, others may be phenomenal leaders of human capital, but the most successful know how to do both.
