About Danel Walters

As an HR Assistant Officer at Eagles Valley Poultry, I support the HR Manager in implementing and overseeing various HR functions, such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. I have successfully handled several cases of grievance and disciplinary procedures, negotiated settlements at the CCMA, and facilitated training and development programs for staff. I enjoy working with people and helping them achieve their potential and goals. I have a strong academic background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with a Master's degree from University of South Africa and a Bachelor's degree from University of Pretoria. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology with Labour Relations from North-West University, which sparked my interest and passion for Labour Relations. I have gained valuable experience as a part-time tutor for Aplus students, teaching children how to do maths on the Japanese Abacus, which enhanced my communication and teaching skills. I am always eager to learn new things and challenge myself. I am looking forward to advancing my career and contributing to the success of Eagles Valley Poultry and its employees.
