Throughout the past 15 years, I've enjoyed working in the healthcare industry, more specifically in applied behavior analysis. I've always had a passion for helping people, whether it be working one-on-one in settings like schools, homes, or centers, supervising and training others, or managing operations. I developed my abilities in analytical thinking, data analysis, policy and procedure, time management, budget management, and balancing a variety of different task loads most recently in my director role. These experiences gave me the opportunity to join work groups that were focused on creating new policies and procedures, providing new employee orientation and training for the entire organization, and working more autonomously on initiatives related to project management. I'm now eager to shift careers and take on a position that will enable me to develop my project management capabilities even further.
