About Danette Stephan
Danette has been teaching yoga over the last 12 years. She completed a 200-hour certification through the Joy of Yoga in 2008. Following the 200-hour certification, Danette completed the 32-hour YogaKids Training. In addition, she completed a 500-hour certification in yoga therapy training through Niroga Institute in Berkeley, CA. In 2011 Danette created and published the “Letter Sound Yoga” book, program and app to help her students master their letter sounds through a yoga practice. As an elementary teacher for over 20 years in Campbell Union School District, Danette continues to take courses and workshops to deepen her knowledge and experience in yoga so she can give back to the community.
