With over 13 years of experience driving educational access, student success, and equity initiatives, I bring a dynamic record of leading complex federal, state, and foundation-funded programs across higher education and community-based settings. I specialize in strategic planning, policy advocacy, grant compliance, team leadership, and cross-sector collaboration. Currently serving as Executive Director of College Access & Outreach at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, I provide oversight for seven major grant programs—including TRIO, Title V, and the Greater Texas Foundation—supporting first-generation students, foster youth, and underserved populations. My approach blends innovation with operational excellence, ensuring programs align with institutional goals while centering student impact.
