With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and driven entrepreneur who founded Seattle Spotless Janitorial, a locally owned and operated commercial cleaning company. My mission is to provide high-quality, reliable, and customized cleaning services to various businesses and facilities in the greater northwest and beyond. I leverage my expertise in hospitality, customer service to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. I also value diversity, inclusion, and teamwork, and I strive to create a positive and supportive work environment for my employees. As the Founder of Seattle Spotless, I oversee all aspects of the operations and sales and marketing of the company. I am responsible for hiring, coaching, and disciplining, as well as managing the budget, inventory, and quality control. I also develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, and negotiate contracts and proposals. Under my leadership, the company has grown steadily and expanded into new markets and segments. Some of my hotel achievements include increasing room revenue by 15% year-to-year for three consecutive years, increasing guest service scores by 30% within 120 days of employment, and decreasing overtime hours by 80% within 120 days of employment. I have also acquired multiple certifications from Hilton, one of the leading hotel brands in the world, as a general manager of two of their properties. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in the hospitality industry.
