About Dani Barnes

Dani is a passionate driver of systems change in healthcare and is dedicated to helping mission-based organizations innovate, build capacity, increase revenue, improve visibility, and strengthen partnerships. Dani has a collaborative approach to all they do and is intentional about leading with a community-driven approach that sees incorporating lived experience as essential to her work with underserved communities. Dani is strongly motivated by and drawn to work that is measurable and impact driven to improve health outcomes on a local, regional, and national scale. Dani has worked extensively in public health, primarily in hospital settings, community-based organizations, global government, and think tanks to improve the population health of people living with HIV and AIDS, chronic illness, and mental health conditions. They have also provided services and training in grant writing, project design and management, and communications for a range of non-profits. She has a strong service orientation and desires to continuously learn, be challenged, and grow strategically.
