As a Product Manager at DocFox Africa, which was recently acquired by nCino, I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience through building teams to fulfill their growth goals. I collaborate with the multiple areas of the business to understand the technical aspects and features of our product, and to identify and fill any gaps that are affecting our customers. I assist other teams with strategies to align the business and its people. I have a strong educational background in corporate and strategic communication, business analysis, and women in leadership, which enables me to communicate effectively, analyze complex situations, and empower others. I have applied these skills in both corporate and start-up environments. I am always eager to learn new things and challenge myself, and I enjoy problem-solving and alignment as part of my work.
