Key Wins from 2021 - Present. 2024 – Successfully delivered a comprehensive programme of 12 projects, focused on enhancing our existing platform for current customers. Key improvements included strengthening platform security, upgrading customer service tools, enhancing app functionality, and improving the user interface—delivering a more secure, user-friendly, and efficient experience. 2023 – Promoted to Programme Director, leading Cielo, an 11-project transformation that redefined GoodShape as a SaaS business. Milestone: The GoodShape App won "App of the Year" at the UK Business Tech Awards & Prolific North Awards. 2022 – Led the development of the GoodShape App, revolutionizing employee wellbeing by improving engagement, accessibility, and proactive absence reduction. 2021 – Delivered operational transformation projects, including system integrations, clinical reporting enhancements, and a full product rebrand—driving efficiency, cost savings, and improved client experience.
