About Dani Elias

Creating and nurturing relationships with industry professionals is something Dani has been passionately involved in for over 25 years. Since starting in the entertainment business, his ability to learn and excel has taken him to new and exciting places around the globe. Dani's work experience not only includes developing and producing lifestyle series, scripted series, features and documentaries, but he also worked on sets of various sized feature films and television series, as well as in their respective production offices. After nearly 15 years working with some of the largest studios, networks, production companies and producers across North America, Dani accepted a more corporate job as the Director of Web Development and New Media Production in the non-profit sector, where he worked with industry stakeholders, the Police Department as well as Provincial and Federal funding agencies. When he was approached by Integral Artists to launch the Production Talent division, it was clearly the perfect opportunity to broker connection and career opportunities for like-minded members of the television and film community. Dani has spent the last 10+ years representing top-tier behind-the-camera talent, helping creatives navigate career growth, negotiate deals, and find clarity in an often unpredictable industry. Building on this foundation, Dani has recently stepped into the role of coach for independent creatives and professionals working not only in entertainment and media, but across a wide range of creative industries. His clients include visual artists, designers, writers, content creators, and independent business owners—anyone whose work is rooted in creativity and who is seeking meaningful growth. Whether they're navigating career transitions, trying to scale their business, or looking to strengthen their brand and attract ideal clients, Dani brings a thoughtful, experience-backed approach. With decades of firsthand experience across production, representation, and business development, Dani understands both the artistry and the hustle required to build a sustainable career. His coaching is rooted in empathy, clarity, and strategy, empowering individuals to define success on their own terms—whether that means leveling up professionally, shifting direction, or reconnecting with purpose.
