With 25+ years of progressively responsible experience in complex roles requiring good multi-media production knowledge, cost saving/budgeting, media project development. Throughout my career, I have established a track record of achievements by leveraging a collaborative work style to accomplish all short and long-range objectives. I consider myself an engaging and articulate communicator, managing and organizing teams, ensure fluid coordination of the different teams, problem solving and solid work ethic. I am able to clearly convey complex information and build consensus with key partners’ stakeholders, including high-value clients and executive leaders. Furthermore, my focus on remaining at the forefront of the animation production and multi-media industry enables me to drive innovation and maintain a competitive advantage. I am a hard worker and emphatic person (maybe I am not the most appropriate one to speak like this about myself…, results or references are the best ways to show it). A small selection of my milestones and/or key projects, during these years, and last accomplishments includes… Established new animation studio and created 35 work places in Barcelona, Spain. Increased revenues and enlarged company’s portfolio by securing new partners and projects. Mitigated production time by reorganizing workflow and redirecting production chain to deliver product within set timeframes. Although is difficult to resume, or shortly explain in a few sentences in writing, the experience of one person, I hope it gives a good overview of the career, after, nothing like to speak.
