Finding a good story is like unearthing a chest of precious jewels hidden in the depths of the sea — Not in the sense that it's rare, but in the sense that the deeper you dive & the harder you search, the more cherished & prized the story. A great story is a treasure you get to share with the world. That's what I do. I discover gems when I find stories. With great depth, I explore uncharted territory to chase the untold tales, the enterprise stories that will truly make a difference in my community. When I present the weather story of the day, I strive to give our viewers something they can't get from their smart phone, something different. I analyze models and data to provide an accurate, comprehensive forecast with critical information, but I also embrace digital as tool to truly understand the folks throughout my city. I strive to connect with them, know them and understand them in a thoughtful & authentic way. My goal is to radiate a light in the dark places of our world. Through storytelling, we have the opportunity to shape lives in big and small ways. This is a gift and a great honor.
