About Dani Schisler

I’m an experienced eLearning developer and instructional designer who strives to create interactive learning opportunities that increase engagement and retention. I’ve designed content for clients ranging from small businesses to large corporations in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, technology, and healthcare. Topics range from product training, how-to-sell, installation, safety and compliance, company overviews, onboarding, software-specific, elder care, and disease-specific. In 2019, I completed a graduate program to expand my skills further outside the training realm, so I can address performance challenges that call for non-training solutions. Through the program, I worked on virtual teams on real-world projects using performance improvement models to conduct performance analyses, needs assessments, task and learner analyses, and evaluations. We created solutions and implementation plans to address our clients’ specific workplace problems.
