About Dani Shepard

I have spent much of my working career in education - whether that's been teaching children or adults, working in higher education in Student Life, as an adjunct instructor, or doing research for an institute's educational direction. These roles have provided experience creating and implementing policies and procedures, event planning, system management, strategic thinking, managing employees, and skills in administration and customer experience. That is coupled with strong organizational, problem solving, public speaking, and leadership skills. A core desire of mine is to utilize critical thinking, people development, and interpersonal skills in a meaningful way in the work environment that positively impacts those around me.
