Currently, I'm part of the leadership team at Royal Vet, an early-stage veterinary clinic business, working on growing the business across Canada and the US! Previously, I led Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement at Dialogue - a leading Canadian virtual healthcare provider. My journey with Dialogue spanned from startup to scaleup to IPO, where I led operational efficiency, strategic projects, new service development, and corporate strategy. My time as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co allowed me to gain a broad set of business skills and experiences, delivering impact across a wide range of industries including health benefits, retail, and consumer goods. I love to jump into dynamic, fast-paced environments and work collaboratively with teams to grow & improve businesses.
