I drive employee engagement and alignment, and I help executives communicate authentically. I thrive on inspiring teams of people to connect with a company’s purpose, values, and culture, and I love helping employees understand where their organization is going, how it’s getting there, and what their role is in that journey. I have a solid track record of helping several leading national and global companies get results by engaging employees in company strategy and transformation, major change efforts, people programs, and brand. At CSAA Insurance Group, I lead employee communications and CEO internal communications. We partner with senior leaders in achieving their business objectives by educating and activating employees in a member- and community-centered culture. As a consultant, I helped MOQller, Inc, a tech start-up, establish its reputation as an innovator in the supply chain and sustainability space, working closely with the founder/CEO. At Kaiser Permanente, I led communications strategic planning and execution for many of the organization’s key business priorities, engaging and aligning employees and executives around the mission, vision, strategy, and brand. Every day, I've had a chance to make a difference. I'm audience centered, mission driven, and outcomes oriented. I thrive when I'm doing great work with great people for a great organization. My work has won the IABC International Gold Quill Award for employee engagement and the Ragan Communications and PR Daily Ace Team Award for excellence in internal communications.
