About Dani Velasco

Hi, I’m Dani! A bilingual communications professional with 10+ years of experience, and a deep love + curiosity for storytelling, strategy, and building connection through clear, inclusive messaging.Born and raised in vibrant, multicultural Miami, I’ve always been fascinated by the way language and culture shape how people show up at work. I believe that when people feel seen, informed, and included, they do their best work, and I’ve built my career helping organizations bring that belief to life.Over the years, I’ve contributed to everything from local startups to national organizations, always with the same goal: to align communications with culture, strategy, and business impact. I’ve led content strategies, change management initiatives, launched internal platforms, supported brand storytelling, and translated communications across English and Spanish with both nuance and heart. I truly enjoy supporting teams and leaders communicate with purpose, break down silos, and build trust through transparency and authenticity. I thrive in fast-moving environments working alongside curious people, and I’m always seeking out new ways to learn, grow, and lead with intention.Let’s connect!
