I opened TRAIN, May of 2009, and everyday since I have been lucky enough to be immersed in my passion. I am able to connect, educate, and prescribe exercise to hundreds of people in the Metro area either through my on-site corporate wellness business or brick and mortar facility located at 2151 Larimer St. This year will mark 12 years in business for the brick and mortar and over 15 for the corporate side. Our classes are smaller therefore yielding more individual attention and a high success rate. Through science and constant education we are able to train everyone from the corporate athlete to someone recovering from a stroke to a highly paid sponsored athlete. At TRAIN, you always be coached and led by some of Denver's best trainers to help you reach your goals. In 2018 there is more flexibility with HIIT class times, in house corporate wellness, semi private, and private training available 5:30 am- 8:00 pm. TRAIN is a sq ft warehouse located in the heart of LoDo (2151 Larimer St.) just two blocks from Coors Field that focuses on high intensity group exercise training, one on one training, group training and off season professional sports training. A simple drive from I 25, I 70, or down 38th from the highlands, it is easily accessible from all areas of the Denver metro area. Enjoy the urban experience with all of our indoor/ outdoors classes! TRAIN is full of kind, motivated professionals, we not only form a strong bond through working out, but through community volunteering, races and social events.
