As Sales Director at Praxar, I lead a passionate team that helps professors across Canada and beyond bring business concepts to life through engaging, simulation-based learning. Our mission is to support instructors in creating hands-on, real-world experiences that prepare students to think critically, collaborate effectively, and make confident decisions. I work closely with faculty from a wide range of institutions to understand their course goals, streamline their workload, and introduce experiential tools that align with their teaching values. Whether it’s through onboarding support, pilot programs, or tailored curriculum fit, I’m committed to helping educators succeed. Internally, I focus on building a strong sales culture based on curiosity, empathy, and accountability. I mentor new reps, collaborate with our development, marketing, and support teams, and help shape our strategy for sustainable growth.
