Provides supervision and guidance to Client and Family Advocate.* Responsible for tracking information regarding client complaints and Critical Incidents.* Develops and delivers quality reports regarding the trends and themes found in regards to client complaints and Critical Incidents.* Presents information to the leadership team and external partners as needed.* Assists the QI team in the preparation, copying and distribution of surveys and data collection forms; tracks time lines for when surveys are due; contacts staff or clients to arrange survey administration; meets with staff or clients to explain surveys and administer them, contacts staff or clients for data clarification and correction of errors, and enters data into excel spreadsheet, SPSS database, or electronic medical record.* Provides administrative support for the Quality Improvement team, such as copying and organizing or filing Peer Review forms, sending letters to primary care physician offices, organizing reports for staff, assisting with trainings, etc.* Assists with quality documentation audits, reviews, corrections, or reminders to MHP staff of paperwork duties.* Assists with the development of new recovery-oriented paperwork to improve language, sensitivity, and data collection.* Receives and responds to client grievances. Provides contact information for grievances directed Medicaid or third-party payers.* Helps clients understand the rights described in the Client Rights and Responsibilities Form.* Provides education and outreach to clients and their families about behavioral health benefits, resources and member rights.
