I’m a community-first clean energy strategist with experience designing national workforce programs, advising on energy justice initiatives, and leading public-private partnerships across the country. At the U.S. Department of Energy, I’ve helped reshape the wind energy workforce portfolio to better meet industry needs—focusing on community college pipelines, technical training, and industry-driven solutions. I’ve convened national forums, launched creative campaigns like the Wind Energy Art Contest, and managed portfolios that span rural communities to tribal nations. My passion lies in helping clean energy projects deliver real benefits to real people. I believe in building programs that are inclusive, tangible, and built from the ground up—not handed down from above. I’m now seeking to bring this experience to an industry-facing role—where I can help drive community trust, advance clean energy equity, and deliver results on the ground.
