About Daniel Abrams

I began as a customer service agent with IBM in late 1997 supporting secure email and data exchange between companies on, at the the time, the world's largest Global Network. Retail companies were able to do inventory tracking, reorders, and connect to suppliers. The secure email eventually turned into Internet with security keys and encryption both for email and all the wonderful tools and solutions we all use today, Outlook, Lotus Notes, GMAIL, Yahoo, Excite and etc. A short few years later, I got involved with the telephony side of the Contact Center Business designing and development of new standards with the collaboration of the Smartest people in the Business. I have taken forward that mantel into my current role trying to push new Cloud Technologies and Software as a Service (SaaS) to the limits and improve upon the offering. Currently I am a leader of some of the best Platform Engineers in the Call Center Business who are certified or being certified by one of our contact center Vendors. Hopefully, they still like us as we push and change our best practices developed over 20+ Years times 16+ brilliant minds to provide our Contact Services Teams the best of breed products.
