My work involves documenting current‑state processes, identifying risks and gaps, and supporting the design of improved, compliant target states.I regularly lead interviews and workshops with subject matter experts to capture end‑to‑end data flows, systems, roles, and controls, producing BPMN‑style process maps, structured documentation, and accurate ROPA records. I apply gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk‑based thinking to identify improvement opportunities and support decision‑making.Alongside discovery and analysis, I work closely with Project Managers and PMO functions to manage scope, actions, risks, dependencies, and milestones, contributing to governance reporting and supporting delivery activity. I also assist with defining business requirements, acceptance criteria, and solution validation, ensuring outcomes meet both business and regulatory needs.I am actively transitioning into a Business Analyst role, building on a strong analytical foundation within data governance, privacy, and information security.
