A recent graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology Management for Business from Northumbria University. My strengths lie in leading teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment. My previous experience within the automotive sector with Jaguar Land Rover has given me a unique perspective, blending precision, efficiency, and a customer-centric mindset. I’m driven by a passion for using technology to enhance business success. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in both IT and business management, bridging the gap between technical solutions and strategic business goals. I’m particularly interested in how IT systems can be strategically leveraged to optimise operations and drive organisational growth. Key areas of experience include data security governance, database management, web development, application design, SAP systems, business analytics, and business intelligence with decision making practices.
